We offer direct billing to MOST major insurance companies. You are required to bring in your coverage information. Please note some insurance companies require a medical script for Massage Therapy to allow the claim to be accepted, the script will be valid for one year. We CANNOT check remaining annual balances on your coverage  or if you simply need a script, it is your responsibility to do so. In case the Massage Therapy claim is “Denied” or in “Pending” status, please be prepared to pay for your services upfront.
